We enjoyed the hot springs and the convenience of being near some great restaurants. the one-use ticket we received to access the pools was a nice perk. the location was great as it was close to several popular attractions in the area.
Our experience was really negative overall. the building itself was run down and deserted, which made us feel uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Zhiben. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, the friendly staff, and the convenient location. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable stay. The staff, while not fluent in English, made an effort to communicate and assist us. The hotel's location was close to the bus stop, restaurants, and the national park, making it easy to explore the area.

Enjoyable Hot Springs and Courteous Service
The hot springs were the highlight of my stay. They were spacious and had excellent water quality. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating service from the staff. Despite language barriers, they were always ready to assist me.
The building was definitely in need of maintenance, and the ambiance was not particularly inviting. the hotel had some downsides, but the hot springs and great service made up for it.
